Your account
Keep your login details private. Accounts are personal and may not be shared; we may suspend accounts that are shared or misused.
Course content
Videos, worksheets, tests and other materials are for your personal study only. Recording, copying or redistributing them is not allowed.
Classes and bookings
Class times may occasionally change. We will tell you in advance and every live class is recorded for students who cannot attend.
Scores
Band scores from our mock tests are estimates to guide your preparation. They are not official IELTS results.
