7-day guarantee
If a paid course or plan is not right for you, request a refund within 7 days of payment. The request must be made before you attend more than two live classes or submit more than one marked task.
How to request a refund
Contact us with your registered email or phone number and the payment reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.
Exceptions
One-to-one sessions that have already taken place, and discounted promotional bundles marked as non-refundable, cannot be refunded.
